Office Reopening June 1st, 2020

Dear Patient:

I would like to begin by thanking our patients for such gracious participation in our Reopening Survey which was sent out the first week of May. The office will be reopening June 1st for emergency, diagnostic, denture and surgical services. Procedures including fillings, crowns and professional dental cleanings will be phased in over the following weeks.

As anticipated, there is some concern regarding safety in the dental setting. Our commitment to you is that we will go above and beyond in order to assure safety to our patients and staff!

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

There is an enormous backlog of dental appointments that have been cancelled and many patients who have pre-reserved appointments. We will reach out to you on an individual basis to discuss your scheduling options. If you have any dental needs that you would like us to prioritize as ASAP in our rescheduling efforts, please reach out to us by phone, email or text. Please be patient as we are working diligently on the schedule.

APPOINTMENT CHANGES

When you arrive for your appointment we would like to ask for your assistance in implementation of this new protocol in order to maintain social distancing and help us maintain the safest environment possible.

  • You will receive an email and text with your appointment confirmation that includes a Covid-19 Screening Form. This must be completed 24 - 48 hour before your appointment in order to reserve your appointment time.
  • Please wait in your car until we call you on the phone and ask you to enter the office.
  • Enter the office via the Front Entrance on Main Street. The rear entrance will be closed. The wheelchair lift will be open as needed via the back parking lot.
  • Please wear a face mask at all times in the office except while receiving care.
  • No more than one person will be allowed to enter the office per appointment (unless a guardian is required). All other family members are asked to wait in the car.
    These social distancing measures will be implemented until we receive further updates from the CDC and ADA.
